Cutting
Use TCT circular saw blade with 4000RPM cutting speed ,keep panel tightly with cutting platform,avoid heavy shock during cutting
Chamfering
Adjust blade to 45 degree or request degree,adjust chamfering size depend on panel thickness,then hold the back plate,chamfer panel in uniform speed
Apply to Wall
Make sure backing wall is very smooth.put glue in Gartley resin wall panel with 5CM distance and 3M glue every 30CM space.apply panel to the backing wall with some strength.if necessary,apply nail to reinforce installation.
Use stainless steel profile(trim) to decorate the joint line
